Product Description

ETi Titanium Bolt Kit for the FD3S — Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V hardware to replace every stress and dress-up bolt in the engine bay. Button head with integrated flange, standard hex nuts only, factory torque-rated. The hardware upgrade serious builds put on first.

Key Features

  • Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium — aerospace spec, full strength rating, not the cheap Ti you'll find on Alibaba.
  • Button head integrated flange design — cleaner profile than socket head, distributes clamp load properly.
  • Standard hex nuts — use any standard tool. No proprietary sockets.
  • Silicone paint protection — prevents galling against painted surfaces.
  • Multiple finish options — Burnt, Black, Raw Polished, plus Purple/Gold/Silver/Green anodize.
  • Factory torque ratings retained — no spec changes from OEM hardware.

Why Upgrade

Titanium hardware drops weight off the chassis at every fastener, never rusts, and looks correct on any built engine bay. Most aftermarket Ti hardware on the market is unverified Chinese spec at half the strength of Grade 5 — fine for show, dangerous on a torqued exhaust manifold or suspension bolt. We use real Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V across the entire kit.

Finish Options

  • Burnt — heat-treated rainbow oil-slick finish. The classic Ti look.
  • Black — stealth finish, doesn't show fingerprints.
  • Raw Polished — mirror polished bare titanium.
  • Anodize Premium — Purple, Gold, Silver, Green (price ladder applies).

Fitment

  • 1992-2002 Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) — all years, all trims
  • 13B-REW engine bay
