Terms of Sale and Website Use
Terms of Sale and Website Use
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These Terms apply to purchases from Elite Ti through this website, an approved invoice, or another sales channel that incorporates these Terms. Elite Ti is a trading name of ETi Composites Limited, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. References to “ETi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the contracting seller identified on your order confirmation.
These Terms must be read with our Shipping, Production and Delivery Policy, Returns, Cancellations and Claims Policy, Privacy and Cookie Policy, and any product-specific terms. A written quotation, invoice, approved custom specification, or order confirmation controls if it expressly differs from these general Terms.
1. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation, accept payment and begin processing, or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order before acceptance because of pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, export or sanctions restrictions, fitment concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will return amounts paid for the cancelled portion.
2. Product categories
ETi sells stocked products, standard made-to-order products, configured or personalized products, and one-off custom development work. A standard product manufactured after purchase is not automatically treated as personalized. The product page, quotation, custom-order approval, or order confirmation determines the applicable category.
3. Specifications and customer approvals
You must provide accurate vehicle, chassis, model year, trim, market, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive, delivery, and contact information. Where we send drawings, renderings, measurements, colors, weave, finish, logos, or other specifications for approval, your written approval authorizes us to manufacture to those approved specifications. Changes requested after approval may require a revised price and timeline.
4. Handcrafted products and images
Composite and fabricated products are handcrafted. Minor weave movement, resin or clear-coat variation, small edge variation, and other normal handcrafted characteristics can occur. They are not defects unless they materially impair function, durability, or the written specification. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural material variation may affect how colors and finishes appear.
5. Fitment and installation
Many products require professional installation, inspection, dry fitting, alignment, trimming, drilling, fastening, sealing, heat protection, or adjustment. Installation requirements must be disclosed accurately on the product page or supplied instructions. Nothing in these Terms converts a materially incorrect or misdescribed product into an acceptable product merely because installation work is normally required. Customers and installers must follow our Fitment, Installation and Product Safety Notice.
6. Prices, taxes, duties, and freight
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Product prices do not include shipping, duties, import taxes, brokerage, destination handling, or other charges unless the checkout, quotation, or order confirmation expressly says they are included. Shipping terms such as DDP or DAP are defined in our Shipping, Production and Delivery Policy.
7. Payment and fraud review
You authorize us and our payment providers to process payment and conduct reasonable fraud, identity, sanctions, and address checks. We may request supporting information before releasing an order. We do not store complete payment-card credentials where processing is handled by Shopify or another payment provider.
8. Cancellations, returns, and claims
Cancellations, returns, transit claims, wrong-item claims, and defect claims are governed by our Returns, Cancellations and Claims Policy. Personalized and one-off custom products may have restricted change-of-mind rights after approval or production commitment, but nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. No unauthorized resale representations
Resellers, installers, affiliates, and other third parties may not make warranties, certifications, delivery promises, performance claims, or legal-compliance representations on our behalf unless we authorized them in writing.
10. Intellectual property
The website, product photography, drawings, CAD data, branding, written content, and original designs are owned by or licensed to ETi. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, manufacture from, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer design or tooling rights.
11. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape data at unreasonable volume, submit false information, infringe rights, or use our services for unlawful activity.
12. Warranties and mandatory rights
Any voluntary ETi warranty is described in our Limited Product Warranty or the product-specific written warranty. Third-party products may be covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, conformity rights, product-liability rights, or other remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost track time, project delay, shop downtime, or third-party labor, arising from ordinary delay, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or events outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or mandatory consumer remedies.
14. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, disaster, war, sanctions, civil disruption, labor action, utility or network failure, carrier disruption, port congestion, customs action, regulatory change, or material shortage. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate disruption and will provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in the country where the consumer habitually resides. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted when an order is placed normally governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
