## 3. Products, fitment, and handcrafted variation

Elite Ti primarily sells made-to-order, built-to-order, custom, and special-order automotive products, including carbon fiber, titanium, and related performance parts.

Because many products are produced for specific vehicles, fitment requirements, finishes, configurations, or customer-selected specifications, customers are responsible for verifying before purchase:

- vehicle application
- model year
- chassis specification
- left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration where applicable
- finish and configuration selections
- shipping details
- any custom requirements or special instructions

Elite Ti may provide pre-purchase support, but the customer remains responsible for confirming that all order details are correct before purchase.

Carbon fiber and composite products are handcrafted. Minor weave variation, finish variation, edge variation, resin variation, or other normal handcrafted characteristics do not constitute defects, shipping damage, or grounds for refund, replacement, or chargeback unless the product materially deviates from the written product description.

Professional installation is recommended or required for many products. Elite Ti is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, force fitting, trimming, drilling, sanding, painting, coating, bonding, modification, third-party work, or post-delivery handling.

## 4. Product information and availability

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return, refund, replacement, or claim review only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We attempt to display product colors, textures, finishes, and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display them accurately.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

- limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction
- limit quantities of any products or Services
- change product descriptions, specifications, or pricing at any time

## 5. Order acceptance, production, and cancellations

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Elite Ti.

Production, procurement, preparation, or order processing may begin once payment is received and the order is confirmed.

For made-to-order, built-to-order, custom, or special-order products, orders cannot be cancelled once production, procurement, preparation, or processing has begun, except where Elite Ti agrees otherwise in writing.

Any cancellation request submitted before production or procurement begins may be approved or denied by Elite Ti in its sole discretion. If approved, Elite Ti may deduct non-recoverable costs already incurred, including payment processing fees, material costs, design time, packaging preparation, procurement costs, or other costs associated with the order.

## 6. Pricing, shipping quotes, and freight charges

All prices, product availability, shipping charges, freight estimates, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.

Elite Ti may facilitate shipping quotes or direct rates through third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, or shipping partners, including but not limited to **fastship.co** and **Dragon Courier**.

Any shipping quote, estimate, or direct rate is provided as a convenience only and is subject to change until the shipment is fully booked, confirmed, and paid.

Shipping and freight pricing may change due to factors including but not limited to:

- carrier pricing updates
- dimensional or volumetric adjustments
- crate or packaging changes
- destination surcharges
- remote area fees
- fuel surcharges
- customs handling
- route changes
- terminal or port charges
- market freight fluctuations
- revised weights or dimensions

For container shipping, consolidated freight, or other freight quoted separately from the product price, shipping charges are variable. The customer is responsible for paying the full shipping invoice before the shipment is booked, released, loaded, dispatched, or handed over for export.

If freight charges are not paid in full when required, Elite Ti may delay shipment, hold the order, cancel the shipping arrangement, or require a revised freight quote before proceeding.

## 7. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per account, per payment method, or per address.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, phone number, or other contact details provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your information, including email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

## 8. Shipping, delivery, transit risk, and customs

All shipping, delivery, transit-risk, customs, and insurance matters are governed by our Shipping Policy in addition to these Terms.

Production timelines, completion dates, dispatch dates, transit times, sailing schedules, customs timelines, and arrival estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

A shipment is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout or otherwise confirmed by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Elite Ti, the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, storage fees, import charges, and other destination-country charges.

Elite Ti is not liable for delays, storage costs, project delays, labor costs, missed deadlines, or other losses caused by customs processing, port congestion, airline or vessel delays, carrier issues, weather, labor actions, geopolitical events, route changes, regulatory changes, or other events outside Elite Ti’s reasonable control.

## 9. Shipping insurance and uninsured transit loss

Elite Ti may offer optional shipping insurance, shipment protection, or similar coverage for certain orders.

If the customer purchases shipping insurance or shipment protection, Elite Ti will reasonably assist with the claim process for verified transit loss or transit damage, subject to the carrier’s or insurer’s terms, documentation requirements, and claim approval.

If the customer declines shipping insurance or shipment protection, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Elite Ti is not responsible for uninsured loss, theft, or transit damage occurring after the shipment has been handed to the carrier, except where the claim results from:

- shipment of the wrong item by Elite Ti
- clearly insufficient packaging by Elite Ti
- any obligation that cannot be excluded under applicable law

## 10. Inspection, claims, returns, and refunds

All claims, returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy in addition to these Terms.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and before installation, coating, painting, modification, or use.

Claims for wrong item or transit damage must be submitted within **48 hours** of delivery.

Claims for suspected manufacturing or material defect must be submitted within **7 calendar days** of delivery and before installation, painting, coating, trimming, drilling, sanding, modification, or continued use.

Customers must follow Elite Ti’s written claim and RMA procedures, provide requested documentation, and retain original packaging where required.

No return may be made without prior written approval from Elite Ti.

## 11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers agree to contact Elite Ti and follow the applicable Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or similar claim with a bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

Elite Ti reserves the right to contest any chargeback or dispute and to submit any relevant evidence, including but not limited to:

- product descriptions
- product-page screenshots
- invoices
- order confirmations
- customer communications
- custom specifications
- QC records
- packaging photos
- shipping labels
- tracking history
- delivery confirmation
- inspection results
- claim documentation
- policy acknowledgements

False, abusive, incomplete, or fraudulent claims may be denied and formally contested.

## 12. Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we neither monitor nor control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
