FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Elite Ti is an international automotive parts company operated by ETi Composites Limited in Hong Kong. Core product development, manufacturing coordination, quality control, and packing operations are based in Thailand. We also use approved manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment partners. The seller and fulfillment route for a specific order are shown on the order documents.
ETi focuses on carbon fiber body panels, aero, interiors, race components, cooling products, titanium hardware, and custom performance parts for JDM, motorsport, and selected performance vehicles.
Vacuum Carbon is our vacuum-processed composite construction used for many standard products. Pre-Preg Dry Carbon uses pre-impregnated carbon material with controlled heat and pressure, including autoclave curing where stated. The exact construction on the product page or quotation controls.
ETi's core composite range is built around vacuum-processed carbon and pre-preg dry carbon rather than basic open-mold wet layup. If a product uses another construction, substrate, fiberglass component, or third-party manufacturing method, it should be identified on the product page or quotation.
Availability varies by product. Common options include gloss or matte 2x2 twill carbon, forged carbon, carbon and Kevlar hybrid, colored carbon accents, and other custom cosmetic specifications. Some finishes require additional production time or pricing.
No. Carbon fiber and composite parts are handcrafted. Minor weave movement, resin or clear-coat variation, small edge variation, and natural differences between complex shapes can occur. These are not defects unless they materially impair function, durability, or the confirmed specification.
ETi sells a mix of ETi-manufactured products, products developed with approved production partners, and selected third-party products. The product listing, brand, warranty statement, and quotation determine the applicable manufacturer and coverage.
No. We separate products into stocked items, standard made-to-order items, configured or personalized items, and one-off custom development work. A standard product does not automatically become personalized simply because it is manufactured after purchase.
Confirm your chassis code, model year, trim, market, body style, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration, OEM or aftermarket surrounding parts, and any collision repair or modifications that could affect fitment. Photos are strongly recommended for uncommon or heavily modified vehicles.
Lead time depends on the product, construction, finish, workload, materials, and quality-control requirements. Many made-to-order carbon fiber products are commonly quoted around 6 to 8 weeks, but some are faster and complex custom work can take longer. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Production or procurement can begin after the order is accepted, payment is confirmed, required fitment information is received, and any custom specification or rendering is approved. Delayed approvals, specification changes, or missing vehicle information can delay the order.
Contact ETi immediately. Changes may be possible before materials are committed or manufacturing begins. Once materials are ordered, specifications are approved, tooling begins, or production is underway, changes may require additional cost and a revised timeline.
Contact us immediately. Stocked items can generally be cancelled before dispatch. Standard made-to-order products may be cancellable before production commitment where operationally possible. Personalized and one-off custom work normally cannot be cancelled for change of mind after approval or production commitment.
Possibly. ETi handles custom carbon fiber, titanium, aero, interior, and motorsport development based on technical feasibility, donor-part access, tooling requirements, expected volume, budget, and schedule. Send clear photos, vehicle details, dimensions, references, intended use, and expected quantity.
