FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Elite Ti is an international automotive parts company operated by ETi Composites Limited in Hong Kong. Core product development, manufacturing coordination, quality control, and packing operations are based in Thailand. We also use approved manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment partners. The seller and fulfillment route for a specific order are shown on the order documents.
ETi focuses on carbon fiber body panels, aero, interiors, race components, cooling products, titanium hardware, and custom performance parts for JDM, motorsport, and selected performance vehicles.
Vacuum Carbon is our vacuum-processed composite construction used for many standard products. Pre-Preg Dry Carbon uses pre-impregnated carbon material with controlled heat and pressure, including autoclave curing where stated. The exact construction on the product page or quotation controls.
ETi's core composite range is built around vacuum-processed carbon and pre-preg dry carbon rather than basic open-mold wet layup. If a product uses another construction, substrate, fiberglass component, or third-party manufacturing method, it should be identified on the product page or quotation.
Availability varies by product. Common options include gloss or matte 2x2 twill carbon, forged carbon, carbon and Kevlar hybrid, colored carbon accents, and other custom cosmetic specifications. Some finishes require additional production time or pricing.
No. Carbon fiber and composite parts are handcrafted. Minor weave movement, resin or clear-coat variation, small edge variation, and natural differences between complex shapes can occur. These are not defects unless they materially impair function, durability, or the confirmed specification.
ETi sells a mix of ETi-manufactured products, products developed with approved production partners, and selected third-party products. The product listing, brand, warranty statement, and quotation determine the applicable manufacturer and coverage.
No. We separate products into stocked items, standard made-to-order items, configured or personalized items, and one-off custom development work. A standard product does not automatically become personalized simply because it is manufactured after purchase.
Confirm your chassis code, model year, trim, market, body style, left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration, OEM or aftermarket surrounding parts, and any collision repair or modifications that could affect fitment. Photos are strongly recommended for uncommon or heavily modified vehicles.
Lead time depends on the product, construction, finish, workload, materials, and quality-control requirements. Many made-to-order carbon fiber products are commonly quoted around 6 to 8 weeks, but some are faster and complex custom work can take longer. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Production or procurement can begin after the order is accepted, payment is confirmed, required fitment information is received, and any custom specification or rendering is approved. Delayed approvals, specification changes, or missing vehicle information can delay the order.
Contact ETi immediately. Changes may be possible before materials are committed or manufacturing begins. Once materials are ordered, specifications are approved, tooling begins, or production is underway, changes may require additional cost and a revised timeline.
Contact us immediately. Stocked items can generally be cancelled before dispatch. Standard made-to-order products may be cancellable before production commitment where operationally possible. Personalized and one-off custom work normally cannot be cancelled for change of mind after approval or production commitment.
Possibly. ETi handles custom carbon fiber, titanium, aero, interior, and motorsport development based on technical feasibility, donor-part access, tooling requirements, expected volume, budget, and schedule. Send clear photos, vehicle details, dimensions, references, intended use, and expected quantity.
Yes, where the components are compatible. We can quote mixed constructions and finishes, such as black carbon body parts with carbon and Kevlar or colored-carbon aero accents. ETi must approve the final component list and specification before production.
No blanket bolt-on claim applies to the entire catalog. Some products use OEM mounting locations and install with minimal adjustment. Composite body panels, bumpers, fenders, splitters, widebody parts, race components, and modified cars may require professional dry fitting, alignment, shimming, trimming, drilling, bracket adjustment, transferred hardware, or fabrication.
Professional installation is recommended for most composite, aero, cooling, electrical, seat, restraint, and titanium applications, and may be required by the product instructions. Dry fit body and interior components before paint, wrap, drilling, trimming, bonding, or final clear coat.
ETi is responsible for supplying a product that materially matches the confirmed application and written description. Fitment can still be affected by chassis damage, prior collision repair, model or market differences, undisclosed modifications, mixed body-kit components, or installation method.
Stop before modifying it. Do not force-fit, drill, cut, sand, bond, paint, or coat the disputed area. Take full photos, mounting-point photos, measurements, and photos of adjacent parts. Send your vehicle details, installer details, and order number to ETi.
Use hood pins or additional retention whenever the product instructions, vehicle builder, sanctioning body, or safe installation practice requires them. Confirm latch operation and secondary retention before driving, and inspect all mounting points regularly.
Not automatically. Titanium hardware can require different torque, lubrication, anti-seize, washer, locking, and re-torque procedures from OEM steel hardware. Follow the application-specific instructions and use a qualified installer.
Only when the exact product page expressly identifies the applicable certification or approval and supporting documentation is available. Do not assume road legality, racing certification, emissions compliance, or safety approval from the product category alone.
Yes, ETi ships internationally where the product can be transported legally and a practical carrier or freight route is available. Service options vary by destination, product dimensions, customs requirements, and current freight conditions.
Smaller parts typically move by courier or air freight. Hoods, doors, bumpers, fenders, wings, complete body kits, seats, and other oversize products may move by air freight, consolidated sea freight, LTL, container freight, terminal pickup, or local final-mile delivery.
Transit begins after production, quality control, packing, and carrier acceptance. Courier and air shipments can arrive within several business days on many routes. Consolidated sea freight and container shipping can take several weeks. The estimate on your shipping quote or order confirmation controls.
Shipping depends on packed dimensions, volumetric weight, crate or carton requirements, destination, service speed, remote-area charges, and customs handling. Large carbon fiber body parts can be lightweight but expensive to ship because of their physical size.
Only when the checkout, quotation, or order confirmation expressly says they are included, such as a confirmed DDP shipment. Do not assume all United States or international orders are duty-paid. If the shipment is DAP or no tax-inclusive term is stated, the customer is generally responsible for destination import charges.
DDP means the quoted price includes the destination duties and taxes specifically identified in the order confirmation. DAP means the shipment is delivered to the named destination, but the customer remains responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, and destination charges.
Tracking can pause during export processing, airline or vessel movement, consolidated freight, customs review, port handling, or handoff to a local carrier. A lack of daily scans does not necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
Optional Shipping Protection is an elective service for qualifying shipments. Unless different provider terms are shown at checkout, it is intended for verified physical transit loss or physical damage during the covered shipment. It is not a product warranty and does not cover every shipping issue.
Photograph the product, damage, every side of the carton or crate, internal packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging and do not install or repair the product. Note visible damage on the delivery record when possible and contact ETi within 48 hours to preserve carrier evidence.
Check the delivery location, household or business recipients, reception, mail room, neighbors, access point, and carrier delivery photo. Contact the carrier and ETi promptly. Coverage for theft after a valid delivery depends on the purchased protection or carrier terms.
Contact ETi immediately. Address changes may be possible before packing or booking, but cannot be guaranteed after export documents, freight bookings, customs filings, or final-mile handoffs are created. Carrier correction or re-delivery charges may apply.
ETi does not offer a blanket change-of-mind return for standard made-to-order, personalized, custom, installed, modified, painted, coated, drilled, trimmed, bonded, or used products. Eligible stocked items may be returnable only where the product page or order confirmation states a return period and ETi issues written authorization.
Notify us before installation or modification and provide the order number, label, and full product photos. If ETi confirms the delivered product is materially different from the confirmed order, we will provide an appropriate correction such as replacement, repair, collection, or refund.
Unless a product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation states a different period, ETi-branded products include a 12-month limited warranty from delivery against verified defects in ETi materials or workmanship under normal intended use. ETi does not provide a blanket store-wide lifetime warranty.
Common exclusions include normal wear, ordinary handcrafted variation, incorrect vehicle information, improper installation, force fitting, incorrect torque, unauthorized modification, collision, road debris, track damage, excessive heat, chemical damage, misuse, and third-party products covered by another manufacturer.
Email nate@myeliteti.com with your order number, delivery date, product, vehicle details, installer information where relevant, a clear description, full-item photos, close-ups, measurements, and packaging photos for transit claims. Do not return a product without written authorization and an RMA or specific instruction.
ETi does not operate an automatic exchange program. We may authorize a return and a separate replacement order where appropriate. Replacement remains available as a remedy for a confirmed wrong item, covered defect, or other valid claim.
Yes. Approved shops, resellers, installers, race teams, and other trade buyers can request wholesale pricing. Pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, freight, payment terms, and territories are confirmed in the current quote or dealer agreement.
Potentially. Send your legal business name, location, website and social channels, product focus, installation capability, expected order volume, and the vehicles or markets you serve. ETi may request business, tax, importer, or resale documentation before approval.
ETi reviews sponsorship and partnership requests case by case. A strong proposal should include the vehicle, series or event schedule, audience data, content plan, existing partners, requested products, deliverables, and a clear explanation of the value to ETi.
Wash with non-abrasive automotive products, avoid harsh solvents, inspect mounting points and edges, protect the finish from prolonged UV exposure where required, and repair chips or damage before moisture or heat worsens the issue. Follow product-specific care instructions.
