ETi Limited Product Warranty
ETi Limited Product Warranty
Effective date: July 28, 2026
This voluntary limited warranty applies to ETi-branded products purchased directly from Elite Ti by the original retail purchaser. It is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer guarantees or conformity rights.
1. Warranty period
The written warranty period stated on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation controls. If no different period is stated, ETi-branded products are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. A statement that a specific product has a longer warranty applies only to that product and the stated coverage.
2. What is covered
The warranty covers a verified defect in ETi materials or workmanship that causes the product to materially fail to meet its written specification during the warranty period. Coverage may include structural composite defects, manufacturing separation, incorrectly manufactured mounting features, or material failure not caused by an excluded event.
3. What is not covered
- normal wear, cosmetic aging, stone chips, scratches, UV aging outside stated care requirements, or consumable finishes;
- minor weave, resin, clear-coat, edge, or handcrafted variation that does not materially impair function or durability;
- incorrect vehicle information or incompatibility with undisclosed modifications;
- improper installation, force fitting, incorrect torque, failure to re-torque, inadequate support, missing heat protection, or failure to follow instructions;
- painting, coating, sanding, trimming, drilling, bonding, repair, or modification not authorized by ETi;
- collision, curb, road-debris, track, competition, overload, abuse, chemical, fire, flood, corrosion, extreme heat, or improper storage damage;
- ordinary motorsport wear or failure caused by use beyond the product’s stated design;
- third-party products, which are subject to the original manufacturer’s written warranty where available; and
- labor, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, lost events, lost profit, or other consequential cost except where law requires otherwise.
4. Safety and motorsport products
Motorsport use is demanding and requires inspection before every event. A product is not represented as FIA, SFI, TÜV, DOT, road legal, emissions compliant, or approved by another authority unless the product page expressly states that certification and ETi can provide supporting documentation.
5. Making a claim
Email nate@myeliteti.com during the warranty period with the order number, product, vehicle details, installation date, installer, full photographs, close-ups, and a description of use and failure. Stop using a product that may be unsafe. ETi may request measurements, video, installation evidence, or return inspection.
6. Remedy
If ETi confirms a covered defect, ETi will, at its option and subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace it with the same or equivalent product, provide a reasonable price reduction, or refund the affected product. Where mandatory law gives the customer the choice of remedy, that choice controls. A replacement may require normal made-to-order production time.
7. Shipping
Do not return a product without an RMA. For a confirmed covered defect, ETi will arrange or reimburse reasonable standard claim shipping where required. Expedited shipping, removal, installation, paint, and third-party labor are not covered unless agreed in writing or required by law.
8. Transfer and proof
This voluntary warranty is for the original retail purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Any mandatory rights available to a later owner are unaffected.
9. No blanket lifetime warranty
ETi does not provide a store-wide lifetime warranty. Any “lifetime” or extended warranty is valid only when stated for a named product in writing and is subject to the specific scope and exclusions supplied with that product.
