Shipping, Production and Delivery Policy
Shipping, Production and Delivery Policy
Effective date: July 28, 2026
This Policy applies to orders sold by Elite Ti and should be read with our Terms of Sale and Returns, Cancellations and Claims Policy.
1. Three separate timelines
Order review covers payment review, fitment confirmation, and approval of options or custom specifications. Production covers manufacturing, procurement, finishing, quality control, and packing. Transit begins after the carrier accepts the shipment. A production estimate is not a delivery date.
2. Production estimates
Lead times shown on product pages or quotations are good-faith estimates based on current workload, material availability, complexity, and quality-control requirements. Unless expressly described as guaranteed in writing, production and dispatch dates are estimates. Custom revisions, delayed customer approvals, supplier issues, failed quality control, and combined-order requests may extend the timeline.
3. Delay communication
Where we become aware of a material delay, we will provide an updated estimate when reasonably possible. We will provide delay notices, consent options, cancellation rights, and refunds where required by applicable law. A customer may contact us for a current status update at any time.
4. Shipping methods
Depending on size, value, destination, and urgency, we may use courier, air freight, sea freight, consolidated freight, LTL, container freight, terminal pickup, or local final-mile delivery. We may change carrier or routing when reasonably necessary, provided the replacement method does not materially reduce the purchased service without agreement.
5. DDP, DAP, and customer-arranged freight
DDP means the quoted price includes the destination duties and taxes expressly identified in the order confirmation, subject to exclusions stated there. DAP means the shipment is delivered to the named destination while the customer remains responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, and destination charges. If neither term appears in writing, import charges are not included. Customer-arranged freight is governed by the written handover terms agreed for that order.
6. Freight quotes
Freight quotes may change before booking because of actual dimensions, volumetric weight, packaging, fuel or remote-area surcharges, route changes, port or terminal fees, customs requirements, peak-season pricing, or carrier adjustments. We will obtain approval before charging a material additional amount not already authorized. Freight quoted separately must be paid before booking or release unless written credit terms apply.
7. Address and contact accuracy
The customer must provide a complete address, recipient name, telephone number, email, tax or importer information where required, and access instructions. Costs caused by incorrect information, missed appointments, refusal, or failure to cooperate with customs or the carrier may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.
8. Duties, taxes, tariffs, and import compliance
Unless the order confirmation expressly states that a shipment is DDP or otherwise tax-inclusive, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for destination duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, brokerage, inspection, storage, and similar charges. ETi will not knowingly falsify value, origin, tariff classification, or product description. Customs decisions and regulatory treatment are outside our control.
9. Risk of loss
Risk transfers according to the applicable law and the written shipping term. For consumer orders where ETi selected the carrier, ETi remains responsible to the extent required by mandatory law until delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient. For customer-arranged commercial freight, risk may transfer at carrier handover if the written Incoterm or agreement says so.
10. Optional shipping protection
Optional Shipping Protection is governed by separate Shipping Protection Terms. Declining optional protection does not waive claims arising from ETi’s wrong item, inadequate packaging, breach of contract, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Tracking and delivery
Tracking may not update continuously, particularly during consolidated freight, customs processing, vessel transit, or handoff to a local carrier. A carrier delivery scan is evidence of delivery but is not conclusive where reliable contrary evidence exists. Customers should promptly secure delivered packages and report discrepancies.
12. Freight inspection
Inspect cartons and crates before signing where possible. Note visible damage on the delivery record, photograph all sides, the label, packaging, and product, and retain all materials. Report visible damage or a wrong item within 48 hours to preserve carrier evidence. This evidence deadline does not remove statutory rights that cannot be limited.
13. Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay required import charges, fails to respond to a carrier, or causes freight to be returned, stored, abandoned, or destroyed, the customer may be responsible for resulting costs. Any refund is subject to recovery and inspection of the goods and mandatory law. Personalized goods may not be refundable merely because delivery was refused.
14. Partial shipments and consolidation
We may offer partial shipment or hold completed items for consolidation. We will obtain agreement if the option materially changes cost or timing. A request to hold completed goods may create storage or rebooking charges if disclosed and agreed.
15. Events outside reasonable control
Customs holds, port congestion, carrier disruption, weather, strikes, conflict, sanctions, regulatory change, and similar events may delay transit. We will reasonably assist with information and claims, but estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
