What does Elite Ti manufacture?

ETi manufactures and supplies carbon fiber, composite, titanium, aero, body, interior, engine-bay, hardware, cooling, and related performance products for JDM, motorsport, and selected modern performance vehicles. The construction, finish, included components, supplier, and production method stated on the individual product page or quotation control.

Are all ETi products custom?

No. ETi separates stocked items, standard made-to-order products, configured or personalized products, and one-off custom development. A standard hood, wing, interior panel, or other established ETi design does not become legally personalized merely because it is manufactured after purchase. Customer-specific weave, finish, configuration, dimensions, branding, or design work may make an order configured or personalized.

How long does production take?

Use the lead time displayed on the product page, quotation, or order confirmation. Lead times are good-faith production estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Order review, customer approvals, manufacturing, quality control, packing, and carrier transit are separate stages. Material availability, revisions, failed quality control, supplier delays, and consolidated freight can extend the estimate.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact ETi immediately. Stocked goods can generally be cancelled before dispatch. Standard made-to-order goods may be cancellable before ETi makes a non-recoverable production or material commitment. Personalized and one-off custom orders normally cannot be cancelled for change of mind after written approval or production commitment. Mandatory legal rights still apply. See the Returns, Cancellations and Claims Policy.

Does ETi ship worldwide?

Yes, subject to product, destination, carrier, export, import, sanctions, and safety restrictions. ETi may use courier, air freight, sea freight, consolidated freight, LTL, container freight, terminal pickup, or local final-mile delivery depending on the shipment.

Are duties and taxes included?

Only when the checkout, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation expressly says they are included. A written DDP shipment includes the destination charges identified in the order confirmation. Under DAP, the customer is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, and destination charges. If neither term is stated, import charges are not included. See the Shipping, Production and Delivery Policy.

What is Optional Shipping Protection?

Optional Shipping Protection is an elective service offered on qualifying shipments. It is not required to purchase ETi products. The applicable fee is displayed before checkout. It is intended for verified physical loss or covered physical transit damage, subject to the Optional Shipping Protection Terms and any provider-specific certificate shown with the order. Declining it does not waive claims caused by ETi shipping the wrong item, inadequate packaging, breach of contract, or mandatory consumer law.

What should I do if freight arrives damaged?

Photograph the shipment before unpacking where possible. Capture every side of the carton or crate, the shipping label, internal packing, full product, and close-ups of damage. Note visible freight damage with the driver, retain all packaging, and contact ETi within 48 hours whenever possible. The 48-hour request preserves carrier evidence and does not remove legal rights that cannot be limited.

Are weave or finish variations defects?

Carbon fiber and fabricated products are handcrafted. Minor weave movement, resin or clear-coat variation, small edge variation, and other normal handcrafted characteristics can occur. A variation is not automatically a defect unless it materially impairs function, durability, fitment, or the confirmed written specification.

Will every part bolt on without adjustment?

Not necessarily. Many automotive body, aero, interior, cooling, and motorsport products require professional dry fitting, alignment, shimming, transferred hardware, trimming, drilling, sealing, heat protection, or adjustment. Product pages should identify material installation requirements. Normal installation work does not excuse a materially incorrect or misdescribed product. Review the Fitment, Installation and Product Safety Notice.

What information should I verify before ordering?

Confirm chassis code, model year, trim, body style, market, LHD or RHD configuration, OEM or aftermarket surrounding parts, prior collision repair or modification, selected construction, weave, finish, and the complete delivery address. Send photographs when the application is uncertain.

Can I paint, clear coat, drill, or trim a disputed part?

Do not permanently modify a part while a fitment, wrong-item, or defect claim is being reviewed unless ETi authorizes the work in writing. Perform a careful non-destructive dry fit first. Painting, coating, drilling, cutting, sanding, bonding, or force fitting can destroy evidence and create new damage.

What warranty applies?

The written warranty on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation controls. When no different period is stated, ETi-branded products are covered for 12 months from delivery against verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. ETi does not provide a blanket store-wide lifetime warranty. Read the ETi Limited Product Warranty.

Are ETi parts road legal or certified?

Do not assume a product is FIA, SFI, TÜV, DOT, emissions compliant, or road legal unless the exact product listing expressly states the certification and supporting documentation is available. The purchaser and installer are responsible for the laws and competition rules that apply where the vehicle is used.

How do I start a claim?

Email nate@myeliteti.com with your name, order number, delivery date, vehicle details, installer details where relevant, a clear description, full-item photographs, close-ups, measurements or video requested by ETi, and packaging photographs for transit issues. Do not ship anything back until ETi issues an RMA and return destination.

Does ETi offer wholesale or dealer pricing?

Approved resellers, installers, distributors, race teams, and trade buyers may qualify for commercial pricing and terms. Minimums, discount tiers, freight, territories, and credit terms are provided in the current dealer schedule, quotation, or signed agreement. Review the Wholesale and Trade Terms.

Where can I find every current policy?

The ETi Policy Center is the central source for Terms of Sale, production and shipping, returns and claims, warranty, shipping protection, product safety, privacy, and trade terms.
